Login FAQ

Q: I can't remember my username. How can I retrieve it?

A: Your username is the email address assigned to you by your company. You should have received an email with your login credentials when you were first granted access to the system. If your email address has changed, contact the person in your organization who has administrative login to iogistics.

Q: I can't remember my password. How can I retrieve or reset it?
A: If your company has enabled the password help feature, you can regain access to Salient by clicking the "Forgot Password" link on the login page. You will be able to either retrieve or reset your password, depending on your company's password policy. If this feature is not available to you, or you don't know where to log in, contact the person in your organization who has administrative login to iogistics.

Alternatively, you can email the support link at the bottom of the page from your work email and we'll send you a reset link.

Q: How do I add users to my organization's account?

A: Contact the person in your organization who has administrative login to iogistics. They will contact us with your email address, and you will receive an email from us with information on setting up your password.

Q: Why can't I log in?

A: Before your account is ready to use for the first time, you need to confirm your email address and create a password. You should have received an email with account setup instructions.

If you've previously logged in but have now logged out of the app, you'll need to log back in. Make sure you're connected to the internet for the login process to validate.

Q: Why aren't my reports synchronizing?
A: You must be connected to the internet to submit reports. If you are not connected when you submit, your previous trips will upload the next time you submit a trip.
Q: Why can't I add photos to my report?

A: Apple requires you to give permission to our app to access the camera and local files. If you selected don't allow for these permissions, you will not be able to add photos.

To resolve any of these permission issues, you need to change your privacy settings:
  • From your device's home screen, tap Settings.
  • Scroll down and tap Salient.
  • You’ll see a list of components that can access Salient. Enable the component by tapping on the slider (so the slider shows green).
Q: Why isn't my location/closest site accurate?

A: Apple requires you to give permission to our app to access the location of the device. If you selected don't allow for these permissions, you will not be able to access your location.

Web App FAQ

Q: Where do I log in to Salient?
A: The precise URL of your Salient login page depends on your company's technical requirements. Usually, it is [your-organization].iogistics.com. You should have received an email in the past with your login credentials and an appropriate link. If you cannot locate the email, please contact the individuals within your company with administrative access to obtain the exact web address used by your company.
Q: Why isn't the information up-to-date?
A: Devices that have submitted reports without internet will not have their reports immediately available. Data should be up-to-date and completely synchronized once the field user is connected to the internet.

A: Good question! We're always looking for ways to improve the product, and really value feedback from users. If you have a particular concern or feature idea, feel free to email it to us and we'll see if we can integrate it into the product

If you have a pressing need for a specific feature that is outside the current scope of the app, contact whoever is managing the project within your organization and have them contact us with a request. We will provide an idea of cost to develop the feature if it's feasible.
